Proceed to Booking

Please have details ready for everyone under your booking before starting.

ALL PARTICIPANTS are required to read, sign, and email this form prior to, or immediately upon, submitting the booking form. Kindly ensure you are reviewing the most recent version.

ONE booking form covers multiple participants as long as they are included in the same payment. We will typically confirm availability and issue an invoice within 7 days of submission.

Example—A couple traveling together submits one Booking Form, covering both participants. Both participants must submit the Terms & Conditions form individually.

Group Bookings

If there are separate payments (such as multiple families traveling together), this is considered a Group Booking. In such cases, ONE Booking Form must be submitted per payment unit (most often per family or couple). Additionally, a designated TRIP LEADER is required to submit the Trip Leader Form, providing a full list of participant names and rooming arrangements.


Availability confirmation and invoice will be issued once ALL group members’ Booking Forms and the Trip Leader Form have been received, typically within 7 days.

Example—Three families are traveling together. Each family (as a separate payment unit) submits its own Booking Form. One person is designated as the Trip Leader and submits the Trip Leader Form on behalf of the entire group. Everyone in the group must submit the Terms & Conditions form individually.
